Three Ways To Rent
Find The Program That Fits
Our rental program is built for refuse and municipal operators who need flexibility — fleet expansion, project coverage, or a substitute truck when a unit comes in for service. Every program runs month-to-month with no long-term commitment.
-
Standard
Standard Monthly Rental
The flexible, no-commitment option for fleet gaps and project work.
Need a truck for a new contract, a seasonal route, or an additional line of business? Our standard monthly rental gives you a late-model refuse truck on a one-month minimum, then continues month-to-month for as long as you need it.
- One-Month MinimumThen continues month-to-month — no long-term contract required.
- Late-Model EquipmentRecent-year refuse trucks from the major OEMs we carry.
- Cancel Anytime After MinimumReturn the truck when the work is done, no penalty.

Best Value
Multi-Month Programs
Better rates and dedicated equipment for longer rental commitments.
When you know you'll need the truck for several months — a long project, a seasonal contract, or an extended fleet bridge — multi-month rental rates lock in lower monthly pricing and give you priority on specific equipment configurations.
- Lower Monthly RatesDiscounted pricing on commitments of 3 months or longer.
- Dedicated EquipmentHold the same truck for the full rental term.
- Lease Conversion AvailableRoll your rental into a lease or purchase if it's working out.
-
Service Customers
Rentals During Service Work
When your truck is in our shop, our rental fleet keeps your route running.
When your truck comes into our service bay for major repair work, your route doesn't pause for the days or weeks it takes to fix the problem. A monthly rental from our fleet bridges the gap — same rental terms as our standard program, with the added convenience of working directly with the same team servicing your truck.
- Same Monthly Rental TermsStandard one-month minimum, month-to-month after that.
- Single Point Of ContactSame team handling both your repair and your rental.
- Priority Equipment MatchingWe'll do our best to match the truck type and capacity to your route.
Emergency Rental
Truck Down? We Can Help.
When a truck breaks down mid-route, every hour of downtime costs you. Routes don't get covered. Customer commitments slip. Your team scrambles. Our emergency rental program is built for exactly that moment — get on the phone with us, and we'll get you into a substitute truck as fast as our inventory allows.
- Same-day availability when we have inventory in stock
- Priority handling for active service customers
- Range of refuse-truck types in our rental fleet
- Direct line to our team — not a national call center

Frequently Asked
Common Rental Questions
The questions we hear most often. Don't see yours? Call us — our rental team can usually answer in a single phone call.
Q1How long can I rent for?
Our rental program operates on a one-month minimum, and from there it continues month-to-month for as long as you need the truck. There is no long-term contract, no penalty for keeping the rental for additional months, and no penalty for ending the rental after the minimum term. Many of our customers keep rentals for a few months while waiting on ordered equipment, and others extend rentals for over a year as part of long-term project work — both are normal.
For commitments of three months or longer, ask about our multi-month program rates — we can usually offer a better monthly price in exchange for a longer reservation.
Q2What happens if I need a rental on short notice?
Call us. Our emergency rental program is designed for exactly that scenario — a truck went down, a contract starts in 48 hours, a seasonal route just hit your dispatch board. When we have inventory on the lot that fits your need, we can frequently turn a rental around the same day, including walking the truck with you, completing the agreement, and getting you on the road.
That said, we can't promise availability we don't have. Calling early is always better than calling late — even a few days of notice gives us time to find a better match if our current inventory is tight.
Q3Can I rent a truck while mine is in your shop for service?
Yes. When you bring a truck in for service that will keep it down for an extended period, our rental fleet is available to keep your route running. The same standard rental terms apply — one-month minimum, then month-to-month — and pricing matches our regular rental program. We make a real effort to match the rental truck to the type and capacity of the unit you're having serviced.
Working with one team for both the service work and the rental simplifies things on your end: a single point of contact, one set of paperwork, and our shop directly aware of when your truck is ready to come back out and the rental can come back in. Just let our service writers know as soon as you can — earlier notice means a better match from our fleet.
Q4What kinds of trucks do you have available to rent?
Our rental fleet covers the full range of refuse equipment — front loaders, rear loaders, side loaders, roll-offs, grapple trucks, and special-equipment units like cab-and-chassis configurations. Specific availability changes by the week as units come back from existing rentals or get sold out of the fleet, so the best way to know what's on the lot today is to call our rental team.
If we don't have the exact configuration you're looking for, we can usually point you toward what's in stock that comes closest, or let you know when something matching your spec is expected to free up.
Q5Can I convert my rental into a purchase or lease?
Often, yes. Customers who rent a truck and end up loving it sometimes decide they'd rather own it outright or move into a longer-term lease. Our sales team can walk you through the options — apply rental payments toward a purchase, transition to a multi-year lease, or simply let the rental run as long as it's working for you.
This is one of the real advantages of renting from a dealer that also sells and leases trucks: every option stays open, and you're never stuck with a single path.
Q6What does it cost?
Rental pricing depends on the type of truck, the configuration, the length of the rental, and current market rates on the equipment you need. Rather than publish a price list that doesn't reflect what you'll actually pay, we'd rather have a five-minute phone call: tell us what you're trying to do, we'll tell you what we have, and we'll give you a real quote on real equipment.
Multi-month rentals get better monthly rates than single-month rentals. Service customers get priority handling on emergency availability. And every quote we give you is the quote — no surprise fees or fine print at delivery.
Q7Is there a usage limit on the rental?
Yes. Standard rental terms include an average usage allowance of up to 60 hours per week of operating time — which lines up with typical refuse route schedules. If your route runs harder than that, talk to us up front and we'll structure the rental to fit your actual use.
The reason we cap usage is straightforward: the harder a truck runs, the faster wear items (tires, brakes, hydraulics) need attention. Spelling it out keeps everyone on the same page and avoids surprises at return.
