We can't say enough good things about RDK truck sales. Their help has been absolutely phenomenal with our experience. We sent a truck to be repaired that many local shops in our area tried to fix it but only made the problem worse. We contacted RDK truck sales and shipped the truck to them and it was fixed in a timely manner. They also helped sell that truck for a reasonable price. Have had a chance to work with Ty Burns in parts for commercial orders recently . Not only did I receive the correct parts first time around , but Ty checked in to make sure that everything went smoothly as it pertains to the specific job each part was ordered for . Our company has been using RDK for sales, service, and repairs for the last 3-4 years. I won't say that every experience has been perfect. Occasionally our repairs have come back with some issues, but that's just the nature of mechanic work. And they always make it right. Tony the shop manager is excellent with communication and repairs are often completed quickly, if not same day.
The people here are soooo sweet. I have a garbage-truck-loving 2yr old in my life and they allowed him to come tour the lot just for fun. They made it a very special occasion and I can’t thank them enough for their generosity. I don’t need to buy or lease a garbage truck, but if I did, they would be who I’d go to! Being kind in today’s world means so much and they went out of their way to do just that. We love RDK
